I'm planning to invest in a Perpetual Bond issued by SBI with 11% coupon. These are bonds with no fixed maturity date and regular income is received from the coupons it distributes. The higher coupon rate because of inbuilt call option makes it a good option to invest in. However, there are certain associated risks like interest rate, liquidity, default, call and subordination risks.
Do you think there are more risks associated with it? What is your view on investing in such bonds?

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
