Our senior creative leadership keep talking about winning Cannes Lions and D&AD pencils but none of them have actually won any since 2007 (that’s 14 years 😭 ) and between all three of them they’ve never won more than a couple of silvers, a couple of bronzes and a couple of in-books (that’s with a combined experience of over 60 years 😭). I am booked on a month-long gig at a great agency and another not as good agency just reached out to book me for a three month gig. The agency I am at has said they could possibly extend me and they just put me on a TV campaign that ships mid March But haven’t definitely said they are extending me past the initial month booking. Would it be bad form to say to the agency I am currently at that another agency wants to book me for three months and ask them to book me for two more months

Can anyone help me wrap my head around this post Series C start-up equity offer? It’s an IP director position, the the base is $170 with 10% bonus (both lower than I was expecting). There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2. They also indicate the preferred stock price is $6 and preferred stock equity is $188k (whatever that means). They are in the middle of a new financing and valuation round.

I saw this townhouse in a prime location in my city for $350k (cheap for the area). The floors are all messed up though but the buyer said they’ll either lower the house price or give a credit for closing cost. There’s also a lot of nicks here and there (some locks missing from door, dents, scratches, stains, and some things are loose). But overall, the house’s architecture and design is so beautiful. Would it be worth it to get it and fix it up? Or find a newer house with less maintenance?

Moved over to a review system called 15Five. It allows you to review your manager. I gave my manager a terrible review. The catch is: they get to “anonymously” see your reviews. Bad move?
