Curious to know your best arguments to justify high general damages when objective injuries/med specials are relatively small. I.e., clients with chronic pain, headaches, etc. who choose to just live with their new normal rather than get ongoing pain mgmt that only provides intermittent, temporary relief. I've read David Ball on Damages, but if you have any links to other great articles or resources, or just have thoughts of your own that work well, I'd appreciate your input! Thank you.
1 year and asking for a raise? Well I guess it depends on the company you are working with. We normally don't get a raise unless referred by our team leader.
Each year should mean something and should get rewarded with some compensation
One year is the perfect time to revisit pay, especially after the year we've had (this inflation is nuts). I'm not sure what the market rate is for RTs but maybe do some research on that on salary sites. Don't wait.
