I’m trying to decide if the stress of a Portfolio Manager role is worth the extra $50k over my current analyst gig. I’m already working late, and the idea of having actual P&L responsibility feels like a recipe for a heart attack. I want the money, but I’m worried I’ll hate the job and be stuck in a high-pressure role I can't leave. How do you distinguish between good stress and toxic stress when moving up the ladder?

I think volunteering as a family can help install the value of giving back and zakaat. How can one make Ramadan and Eid something to look forward to when holidays like Christmas seem to be purely joyous occasion that one doesn’t have to put in work for like fasting for Ramadan?
