Our nation saw a disheartening surge in covid cases. Amidst these tough and painful times, the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff continue to work day in and day out for our safety, our lives.
Calling you to join hands, as we raise funds to show them a token of gratitude with a small care package.

First, you’re staying ON Long Island. Go to the TKTS booth in Duffy Square and get discounted theatre tickets. Take the subway to the Village. Go to the Museum of Modern Art on 53rd street between 6th Ave. and 5th and see Starry Night by Van Gough. Eat at Patsy’s on West 56th Street for great Italian food. Possibilities are endless.
Wan go?
Go to Williamsburg/Red hook
What part of Long Island are you staying in? Honestly I know you said not touristy, but the double decker bus is amazing. You can hop on and off wherever you want and you actually get a lot of information. I have lived here my whole life (never been on one because it is “touristy”), got sucked into it once with my in-laws and really enjoyed it.

wander (walk) around west village, greenwich village, chelsea and tribeca. they are all close by. tired, look for a cozy coffee shop and people watch. hungry? eat at a local restaurant (mom and pop). also, pop in and out of the small shops
Milano Market for deli in the upper east side or walk around Astoria (tons of good food)
You don’t kill the time, the time kills you.
So go drive the value or at worst learn a few new excel shortcuts instead
Just pick an area and walk/ wander the streets. Stop into random coffee shops.
