Why don’t you just interview and find out?
I know new hires making $70k in small public firms (~100 people) in a LCOL city, not sure where you’re at but you’re underpaid
we have literally zero info to go off. city? title? YoE?
prolly depends on location and years of experience but for an experienced staff/early senior that seems reasonable
Yes but don’t jump from staff account > staff accountant. You’ll be stuck in that role making 75k for years.
Oh mercy, I am stuck in a staff role at about $58k.
62k in public is low, 75k shouldn't be a problem unless you are a first year
Recruiters will absolutely know
How long have you been in public? If there for 2+ years, $75k is more than realistic
