Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Hi,
I am looking to learn more about the NPI program manager role at Apple. Specifically want to understand the following:
1. What's exactly the day to day beyond the fluff job post?
2. What skills will be considered critical to be successful in the role?
3. How is success defined in the role?
4. What does the career progression look like?
5. What background is considered desirable for this role? Can one get into this role without prior background in NPI?
Thanks in advance!

About to ask for a raise on Friday for the first time in my life! 28 yrs old and worked in the industry for 4 yrs before joining advisory in Jan. Also have an MBA. I'm in the field of operation/supply chain. Already did my research and have a number in mind. Interested in getting your thoughts on this. What do you think it's a reasonable number to pay someone with my background?

Hi all,
Does your organization have a good work-life balance, especially for IDs? Or do you know any such organisation? Currently I am working for more than 12 hours a day. I am a mother of one year old, hence, want to switch to the organization, which has less work pressure.

Do you have any clinic management or supervisory experience? If not, what type of opportunities are you interested in that you feel like a MBA will allot you? Honestly, a PT lead/supervisor or DOR position may give you a more valuable experience than going back to school.
I have a post-professional OTD and most recently held a clinic manager role. I have since left the company, however, I feel like this experience has been valuable in giving me a sense of a leadership role. I am much more confident and know what I want from a position. I have had more job offers in the 10 mths I’ve been looking with this experience as I ever did as a general practitioner. Don’t sell yourself short. Gain some experience and pursue your goal without accruing additional debt.
Exactly. I doubt that earning a few more letters after your name is going to equate to leadership experience in the eyes of an employer. You’re gonna have to put in some actual work.
A PT colleague of mine used the educational benefit from our company to get his MBA over a few tough years while working full time. He then left patient care to take a fellowship position at the same hospital, did some grunt work for a couple years, and now is finally rewarded with a COO position at a smaller hospital in the system. I’m not positive, but my guess it took him about 6 years from the time he started his MBA to getting the new position. Also worth noting, many of the therapy managers in this hospital system have MBAs.
One of our DPT's worked his way up to a clinical director and then few years later became a regional manager (now no patient care). He doesn't have an MBA. Hope this was helpful.
Thank you!
I can't answer your question about your career pivot but I can tell you that the University of Southern Indiana offers a very affordable and accredited online MBA.
I have had many management positions over my 30+ years in the medical field and in public education. I don't know how an MBA would have advanced my career. Every management position came with its own training specific to that job. I currently own a private practice. There are business areas where I need help but I have found the accountants, graphic designers, marketers that can assist me in the tasks I'm not adept in. If you want to get out of Healthcare altogether and start a new career, then I can see how an MBA would be appropriate. But if you just want to further your career in a rehab setting, not sure I see the value.
It’s best to become DOR, but you would need someone willing to train you.
