Is anyone else getting completely swamped with job InMails on LinkedIn lately? It feels like the volume suddenly jumped, but I'm having a really hard time figuring out which ones are actually legit. Besides getting messages for completely irrelevant jobs, I'm seeing things like odd formatting and recruiter profiles that seem incomplete, like no profile pic. I'm overwhelmed by trying to vet them all. How do you filter through the spam and find the real deals?

I’m moving up to NYC in a few weeks for a job. Not sure where I should look to stay as a temp situation? Any ideas on affordable sublets in Manhattan or Brooklyn? I don’t want to go through a broker.

I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
