No way no way
Run, the culture is one-sided to the company needs and the benefits are terrible. Ask what their attrition / turnover rate? I am willing to wager it's 20% higher than the industry norm.
I have been in the hybrid role for the past 9 years. Since our team was global, I never went into the office. Probably three times; interview, get my laptop and return the laptop. I had unlimited sick days and 27 PTOs (now unlimited) with super great WLB. I moved to a Fortune 100 tech company and enjoying it. Also a hybrid model but get to be back in the office from time to time. I wouldn’t be able to adjust to the full transition anyway since I have been in the hybrid model too long.
I’d stay hybrid your benefits are pretty decent
Use the job offer to see if you can up your pay at the current job

Those seem to be pretty outdated benefits and work culture. I would stay.
