They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.
Hi fishies! Are there any recruiters from Facebook (Meta) who would be kind enough to review my resume and give me some feedback? From my perspective I’m a candidate for some of the roles I’ve recently applied for and also have experience as a contingent worker there and would like some honest feedback so I can reassess and reapply. Thanks so much in advance!

3.5% basic annual raise
Yes, you should always expect between 3-5% annual increase at any job. If not, I would not stay there. Especially with inflation these days, no annual increase is essentially an annual pay cut.
Rising Star
Annual raise is a common practice across different industries but obviously varies based on your company. This is alongside a potential annual bonus which could be tied to your individual performance and the company's performance in a given year.
Depends on circumstances and situations but normally you could probably expect 0-4% annual raises and then maybe some more (4%-10%+) for a promotion. Annual raises are commonly on the lower end which is why you hopefully have annual bonuses. Some companies will low-ball and give 3%-8% bonuses whereas others (especially tech companies) can give anywhere from 10%-30% annual bonuses.
