It’s just noise, nothing official or public about it. But as per the talks, GFT, risk and compliance are impacted depts
It is not just a noise now!! From my team they have fired 2 AVPs(onshore) whose performance were average.
Yes, layoffs going on and All the dept impacted.
We don’t have bigger counts at the moment.
As per understanding from senior management, each project should put 10% - 4 star rating and whoever received your job as RISK in mid year reviews/comments they will leave soon.(be careful)
Target is SEPTEMBER.
In mid year review there is no rating mentioned. So how are supposed to guess?
a C11 got fired from Services so don’t say it’s just noise…
Middle management layer is going away, since they need individual contributors at those levels and it’s not possible to retrain the existing once, they are being laid off and individual contributors are being hired at that level . And bcz if that many junior level individual contributors are being fired. That’s what happens in restructuring.
Will new joiners also be considered for recent layoffs?
