Yes, layoffs going on and All the dept impacted.
We don’t have bigger counts at the moment.
As per understanding from senior management, each project should put 10% - 4 star rating and whoever received your job as RISK in mid year reviews/comments they will leave soon.(be careful)
Target is SEPTEMBER.

Middle management layer is going away, since they need individual contributors at those levels and it’s not possible to retrain the existing once, they are being laid off and individual contributors are being hired at that level . And bcz if that many junior level individual contributors are being fired. That’s what happens in restructuring.

I have an offer with a company and joining is 27th of Jun. I got offer from JP Morgan on 20th and they have given joining 4th of July. I am planning to join in JP Morgan. If left my previous offer, i will have only JP Morgan. Will I have any risk to keep JP Morgan offer alone? Once we get offer from JP Morgan, is ther any chance of cancel the offer?
