Hi all.
Has anyone in IBM been on bench for more than 4 months here?
I have been on bench for almost 4 months now & have been getting automated mails asking me to get assigned to a project by searching one by myself, else necessary action might be taken.
And are there any chances of being straightaway fired based on these automated mails?
I would genuinely need an advise from someone who is aware of this kind of situation.

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Is it good time to join Cognizant now for Coimbatore location considering too much attrition in recent times along with many policy changes and do they have enough projects or will there be any chance of layoffs if we don't find any projects for our skill(Tableau in my case)? Employers legally can only provide certain pieces of information: your title at the time of departure, dates of employment at the company, and if you are eligible for rehire or not. Large companies very often shy away from providing any info on “rehire eligibility” to prevent any potential lawsuits, but that’s no guarantee.
You don’t have to disclose in blunt words “I was laid off” but you can essentially allude to the same thing in a much more professional matter. Then again, COVID provided literally everyone with the best reason for looking for employment.
Look into speaking with an independent HR consultant who can help you navigate the job hunting process if you find you are having difficulty.

This has happened to me. The recruiter might now know. I did not want to be hired back so I told them right away. If you want to be hired back maybe be tactful how/what you say
