Is it OK to report/complaint to hr team regarding an employee who is working on fake experience..he joined in 6 years ago as contract employee later got converted to perm and recently even promoted too..

Will hr take any actions ?

OK or not is a moral and ethical question. Since you have got hands/ears on this information, you're in a moral dilemma now. That's why sometimes, ignorance is bliss.
What you do with this information depends on you but let me tell you that reporting them is not an easy decision that you can live with.

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

I work mainly with react, TS, node, graphql, mongoose and mongoDB.

Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

I have attended technical interview in one mid sized company March last week in week first week I got congratulations share your documents and salary slip.After that they conducted HR round where they asked ready to relocate etc. why you are looking for change.It has been 8 days neither I got any call or offer letter.Is this sign of rejection because of notice period because at time of interview they were okay.Is it good to do followup.I am not getting any more calls because of notice period.Ple
