Is it possible to FIRE comfortably in early 40s for the people working in service based companies or consulting(advisory practice) companies with significant wealth?

Leave aside google, microsoft etc. but people working in average jobs where your skills do matter but YOE decides CTC and it's a fixed pattern 3-4x of YOE.

How much wealth Big4 people are able to accumulate? Share your YOE and what's your wealth now? When do you plan to FIRE?

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.
