I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
What are my options here ?
Is project release possible ?
or I have to put down papers ?

Asking for two of my friends. Age around 22. 1 has done B.Sc in Nursing. And the other has done B.Sc in Agriculture. Both have become hopeless into their respective fields after looking for job and not being able to fetch any better. They want to switch to IT. My question is can they do this if acquired sufficient skills! I mean irrespective of their background, will a company hire them as a intern or fresher? If it's possible, then kindly suggest. I then worked as a crisis counselor and a behavioral health specialist, and now I’m 26 at Monroe Plan for Medical Care working on expanding our Health Home Program into a new county where I’m our only employee!! Have any Legal recruiters helped place a junior (1-2 yr.) Staff/Diligence Attorney mainly focused on PE transactions/M&A at a V20 firm into a traditional partnership-track junior (1-3 yr) Associate position at a peer firm’s similar practice group? What companies are good to work at if I don’t want to work 40 hours/week, but still want to get paid full time? In my experience (agency and in house) most people are working 40+ hours. I’m over it! I want to work and do a good job, but why are we all killing our spirits and personal lives for work? Are there companies that are chill that still have decent salaries? Do these companies even exist??

Has anyone gone from a federal gov’t employee to private industry? I’m considering making the swap for better pay, I make decent money where I’m at and I know I have job security. Just trying to see if there is anyone else that was bold enough to make the leap.

The company will begin its production of low cost EU certified electric buses in Q4. Electric is the future and now is the time to invest! While big auto manufacturers have quickly begun production, their cost has continued to increase, while ARVL offers a competitive product that will evolve in 5-6 yrs.

I’ve slowly started drinking less and less. And the less I’m drinking the more I realize just how much of my time revolved around alcohol. From going to get it, to drinking it to fighting hangovers. Now I realize I need something to fill all that time with. Especially now that I’m not spending all day saturday and sunday deathly hungover. I go for walks and run errands…but in a shock to me…there’s still a lot of time left. How did you start spending your time once you stopped drinking?

How does your office handle late patients when it's weather/road related? We had a patient show up 10 minutes late and threw a hissy fit because he had driven 40 miles on snowy roads to get there. And I felt bad, but we legitimately could not squeeze him in.

I have a past experience of core audit with another big4 which I have started missing a lot lately. My current notice period is 3months.
