I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
What are my options here ?
Is project release possible ?
or I have to put down papers ?

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. What are my chances of finding a role with another company that'll let me work in BI/data analytics and build up my skill at the same time? Been thinking of leaving ACN.

I am in the process of finishing up my MBA but considering also getting my SPHR or PHR cert. Is it even worth it or a waste of time and money?

Just began studying for the CFE exam. I have access to past editions of the ACFE Fraud Examiners Manual. Does anyone have recommendations on where to get good practice questions? I’d like to avoid spending a fortune on the ACFE kit.

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. I'm two thirds through the PMA Core Certification, and the info is great but the tests are a joke. They need to contract with an educator that specializes in testing and assessment to come in and develop exams that actually measure if you know the material. The bad test design devalues the certification. Not to zero, but I definitely will not be proud to have earned it. It just means I had $1300 and sat through 15 hours of video lectures.

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??

While Indian consulting folks supporting the US folks do the bulk of the analysis, churning out the data and making the ppts, all the US folks do is attend meetings. Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)
