Do you compare yourself or feel threatened by someone who just joined your team? I get a bit insecure when my boss goes directly to the new person rather than to me.

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
Am I crazy for thinking him a bad manager?

Need your insights on a very important decision of my career.
I have 2 offers:
1. Deloitte USI - 8.3lpa + 10% var +1.5 lpa JB
Dept - AI & Data operations.

2. EY GDS - 11 lpa + 50k JB
Dept - TC_IN_GDS Big Data

I requested Deloitte usi to match offer of EY, she said she can increase JB to 3 lac but CTC she can't. When I refused D offer, she told to send EY offer yestrday but no reply yet.
Was moving with EY GDS a good decision?
Current - 4.75.

Urgent: Wanted to understand key differences between EY India and EY GDS. I know generic differences but which is better along the lines of:
1. Financial growth opportunities (hikes/bonus)
2. Duration to stay in the same role (example would I have to stick to same client for multiple years or when can I switch client)
