Any one working in Emirates NBD in tech roles?
Boston Consulting Group
What will the project dynamics be on a project staffed with 3mdps, a PL, and myself, a summer UG intern? Just got staffed and will be hearing more on Monday from the team, but it came across as an interesting staffing composition.
Have the feeling I'll be making quite a few slides as the only junior. Anyone staffed on a similar case composition?

Switzerland is more or less “traditional”.
- Big firms (international at least) don’t care about a photo but generally it is well received. Safe than sorry.
- always good to share hobbies or volunteer work
- references you can say “on request” unless specifically asked in the application
- marital status is not important. You will share this info when filling out your onboarding and personal info when you sign the contract. Otherwise not needed
- nationality is fine to share, but CLEARLY specify your permit (are you G, B, C?). Recruiters will quickly reject you if they see you’re from a 3rd country (non-EU) as you will require support for visa applications and that is a complex and time expensive process which most firms are not willing to take up.
Suggestion: go on university websites for CV templates. That should give you an idea. I cannot speak for designer roles, but in my field, yes.
For Swiss market with business style? Just google HSG CV templates for example
Yes and no. I never include these except for the permit and nationality as these are important for the employer - in case they want tk hire you they need to m is if they actually legally can do so. It has happened to me that I was asked some of these in the first phone screening, especially my age, marital status and/or photo. As I do not want to work for an Organisation which does consider these as important, I often decline straight on the spot saying I am not interested in the role anymore.
