It’s tricky because this isn’t the same job market as it was 15 months ago. Job hopping used to be the best way to get a raise. But with so many people on the job hunt now, employers don’t feel like they have to pay top dollar to steal top talent.
You should always be intentional when job-hopping. It’s still the fastest way to make money, but if you have 4 short stints, it’s going to be very hard to get that next job when compared to 100 people who don’t have that.
I don’t believe it’s hard to get a job with short stints seen many coworkers get ahead with resumes like that
