Am I the only one who is happy I got into IT?
Hi Team, Can someone advise on this - I completed 2 rounds with Infosys, 1 technical and 1 managerial. Right after the managerial round I got email from HR to fill an application form and give other details. It has been 3 days since then and no update. On the portal it is showing 3 interviews as green and in review data in yellow. What does this mean? Tech - DevOps / 5.8 years Infosys

Hi Fishes, Pls help,
YOE: 13 yrs
Cctc: 13 lpa
Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa.
After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).
Queries:
1. Is this normal or rare case, reducing the offer amount from what quoted initially?
2. Should I accept or negotiate?
I don't have any other offer as of now.

Just make sure you go more sessions than you think you need, because if you stop after a few because it seems like it already worked, you’ll wind up like me where the hair just comes back after a couple years. Don’t give the roots a fighting chance of survival lol
Yes ! So happy with the result. It gave me confidence that it would always be « a good day » even if not always perfect
Enthusiast
I think so! I’m pretty hairy so I still have to continue beyond the 13 sessions I’ve done so far but I am happy with results.
I did under arms and so painful but 1000%worth it
Absolutely!
Yes! I treated different places about 12 years ago. My bikini and underarm hair is back but a lot less coarse and fewer. My legs are still good just random spots grow a few here and there
I know it doesn’t work well for everyone. I 1000% recommend and I did my underarms, breasts, bikini, and full legs and it’s been amazing.
I think the lighter your skin tone and the darker your hair color the more effective it is.
Yes! I could only do underarms due to the color of my skin and hair, and I’m so mad it won’t work elsewhere on my body. For every 100 pit hairs I have maybe 5 hairs now and they are definitely finer. No more underarm shadow and stubble! I also had that thing where there were multiple hairs in one follicle and it really helped with the ingrowns and issues from that. Find a clinic that offers half price touch ups for life! Every year or so I’ll set an appt to zap my pits again, but I’ve had it done for probably almost a decade now and had no noticeable regrowth. I’m a wuss and can’t tolerate waxing, but I hear waxing *after* all your laser is done can help any remaining hairs come back finer too.
Yes. Did underarms, legs, Brazilian …12 years ago and haven’t touched a razor since.
I think so! Its expensive if you need to pay full amount for multiple sessions at one time. Im paying monthly so it doesnt feel as much especially since i was paying the same amount for waxing anyways!
If you have a LaserAway near you, check them out. And let me know if you want a referral link so we can both get points !
Yes! So worth it. One of the best thing I’ve ever spent my money on. It’s so nice not to have to think about shaving.
OP - I had been dealing with too much facial hair for a while. So much so I couldn’t do anything spontaneously because of it. I recently took the plunge and did my face , I can’t believe how effective it has been. I regret not doing it sooner
YES!
