Not bad Virgil

AlixPartners I am expecting an offer for VP in financial crime/compliance and risk. I need to give them my compensation expectation. Currently working in Bank with 7+ YOE including 6 yrs in Big4 non-MBA (Masters in Finance). What is the total comp (base+bonus) that I can ask for? What is the general sign on bonus? Thanks in advance

Rising Star
They’ve been pushing RTO for over a year now, more conversations starting in April 2022. It seems unlikely, but you never know. Only now they’re becoming more strict.
I doubt it, if they wanted people to quit they would just say 5 days … end of day it’s a company that wants people in the office, plain and simple in my book
I don’t think so. I think they are really just encouraging us to all get back to the office.
My contract (job offer document) says - I need to be in the office 50% of the time. Visa is asking no more than 50%, hence I am not complaining at this moment. I have heard other large organisations are also asking staff to be in the office around 50% of the time. However, most small organisations are not that strict about it.
