If I’m right on the cusp of hitting the contribution reductions for a Roth IRA for 2021 (will potentially have a greater than $125k AGI depending on bonus amount, but likely won’t exceed $130k), what should I do? I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date).
