Hello so I recently had a situation. I worked at an office for 10 years. I asked the supervisor for help and she has a tantrum. Starts yelling, what do u want? Ripping up my schedules for the next day. After all the commotion I go to her office to talk to her and she starts throwing away her lunch, mind you it 4 pm and saying I guess I get no lunch today, what can I do for you? But it probably isn't the best idea to get someone to reshelve books when they haven't been taught how to categorize them properly. I was working at a Hotel one night & I saw a man appearing on two different floors, then in the stairwell. The man was in his 70’s or 80’s. He was wearing nothing but tidy whiteys. When he got to the front desk I asked “is everything alright? Are you okay?” (Assuming he may be senile),He wasn’t senile, he went swimming & wanted to make me uncomfortable and started to flirt while in his sopping wet see through tidy whiteys- and of course I had to clean up the water he tracked through the lobby.

So I recently passed my AWS Practitioner Exam a girl certified and it’s only the beginning! I submitted resume for a better position @ current comp from mission associate UX testing to a Tech support associate for project based testing w/in devops. I haven’t heard anything yet but am also getting scouted for TAM roles… should I wait a little and see if I get the position and if I don’t go after other opportunities out there that are willing to pay my worth… This is bitter sweet moment for me

Found out today my toxic manager bad mouthed me to an HR rep in a different division. This correlated with his bad management and abusive behavior. Luckily the new manager I’ll soon be working with dismissed it. Her words of wisdom “reflect on what you could have done differently, you can only control your actions”.
