Hi, I am being offered 27L + 2L Variable for Manager (M1) at KPMG India. Will I also be eligible for year end performance bonus? Or is variable pay the only amount that I’d be eligible for?
Am I being lowballed by the HR in terms of offer ? Approx 8yoe currently at 21LPA (recently promoted) KPMG KPMG India

The only defense palestenians have right now is Hamas. Of course Hamas is problematic but if someone were bombing me and my family I’d support the army that was defending me.

What’s with this bot post, you cannot send funds to Hamas or any terrorist labeled organization. There is a constant monitoring and people have been arrested for such acts. However you’re free to send funds to the IDF terrorist even though they’re not listed by western governments as a terrorist organization
Someone had a party and decided instead of accepting gifts, they’ll send the proceeds to Hamas.
Not sure the validity of it tbh, i didn’t follow through or obviously attend such an event. Just something I heard and was shocked.

OP I think you are missing the point. The Palestinian people are not regarded as having their own country, are not regarded as citizens of their own land and have been degraded to the term "human shield" as used in the media countless times.
The term "human shield" is a counter weight to the actual suffering the people go through every single day. I may not agree with the actions of supporting any terrorist organization, but I do agree with one thing that Hamas and everyone else can acknowledge: "give me dignity or give me death".
If even a single dollar is going to Hamas then it is a sign of a dignity and respect for the Palestinian people. The people that quote Palestinians being used as "human shields" have no respect for their dignity. The ones who say that Palestinians are being used as "human shields" are in effect wanting exactly what the oppressor wants and that is death.
In light of the above, there is more respect and dignity to the Palestinian people when they are given even a single dollar against their oppressor.

Personally, I have done very little. If there is a donation box in my local masjid to support the Palestinian people I donate. I pray for their victory and success as well. That being said, this war as any prior wars shows that the people that suffer are the ones that have the least in this life. Inshallah they will benefit the most in their hereafter.
You won’t find much support in this group , it was quite evident that not one person here said anything about the Hamas attack last year, but tons of people cried fowl when Israel retaliated.
I also know Muslims who support likes of Hezbollah and Houthis.
Look at you throwing around terms that you have no idea what they mean 🤣 an incel would not have had marriage prospects like me btw 😎 stay mad.
Not saying women can’t be career oriented. But in Islam that is literally not their job unlike it is for men

I don't see that as a reflection of the Ummah, but rather the economics of the war. No matter what we do as mankind we are going to have an inherent bias.
In this war both parties are wrong, but one party has significantly more power. If there were an organization other than Hamas in Gaza today that truly cares for the Palestinian Muslims and Christians we would support them. There is simply no organization other than Hamas that is doing anything to support Palestinians. So in short, it is not a reflection of the Ummah, but we have stooped low because we have not implemented groups and people to support and care for people that are suffering.
So while it may not be the best option, it is simply the only option.
Ameen! Inshallah we can root out the oppressive forces from within the ummah and achieve peace!!
