I have one at Further that I started a few years ago as a place to hold cash contributions that I thought I would use for medical expenses. Now I’m looking into providers that might be better choices for investing, but not sure if I can roll over the contributions I’ve made if I may want to use them for past medical expenses I haven’t taken reimbursement for yet. H1B extension will be filed while I'm in US, but lawyers are saying if I'm out of US, there's risk of "petition abandonment."

I am really struggling with a senior associate who is constantly asking things that are readily available in documents that we’ve reviewed together. Things like asking me who a stakeholder is when there’s a stakeholder list with everyone… I’ve been replying and saying to refer to XX document in the future but this keeps happening!

I lateraled from ID to BigLaw. I am finding that the staff upon which I must now rely are not nearly as knowledgeable, skilled and well-trained as those I worked with at my last firm. I am constantly correcting their mistakes and realizing they need a lot more supervision than my previous staff. I was once a paralegal, so I try to give as much grace as I can - knowing that we rise and fall as a team. But an error this week sent me over the edge and I'm beyond frustrated. Advice?
