Its been 20 days since I accepted the offer letter from KPMG. Still 60days is there till my joining date. Can i now request them to postpone the joining date by just one week?

1. Infosys 18.25 LPA(15% variable) 1.25 JB
2. Infostrech (Apexon now) 21 fixed 1.25 JB

Infosys permanent wfh (Infosys doesn't have office in Gujarat)
Infostrech (Apexon) 1year wfh then hybrid (office is there in my hometown)

Which should I go with?
