I’ve always been told to get to interviews about 15 minutes early. I did that today, but the hiring manager seemed annoyed because he was stuck in a meeting until the last second. It made the whole start feel really awkward. I don’t want to be late for interviews, but I don't want to bug them either. Am I still supposed to show up early, or should I just wait in my car or something until it’s actually time?

Tips for my first defense trial? Med mal/wrongful death case. I’ll be examining our two medical experts and crossing many of Plaintiff’s. I’m a 6-year associate trying it with a partner who is retiring this year and having me do much of the heavy lifting.
