Worked for 10.5yrs in Infy Package is 11L and now I have an offer from Enquero(Genpact) for 20L and as a counteroffer from Infy:- 40% hike + Canada visa or 70% hike

Please suggest which will be better for the long term for Testing(Automation/Manual)

I am about to leave my current organization and I have several thousand in outstanding commission owed to me. If your goal is to be as high ranking of an in house counsel position as possible, how would you structure your career progression? Is it better to stay in big law as long as possible and then transition as a partner, or is it more valuable to get relevant experience by going in house as a mid level/senior associate? Practice area is IP: working in patent pros, litigation, and tech transactional to varying degrees if that affects the answer.

What are big law horror stories that you have heard or experienced in the last 2 years?

Hey DFW, TX folks. We're going through comp and merit raises, I suspect you all are too. This is the first year we're using pay ranges from payscale. I am completely surprised of how low compensation is in TX. For any of you that have visibility to pay ranges what is your experience with pay ranges for your company?

What is the partner process like at McK and BCG? Do they still get equity and pension like PwC? I am thinking about switching but it seems harder. I am just a Senior Associate.
