Hi, did anybody ever experience wrong tax calculations by JPMC Payroll/tax team ? Or is there any specific month where they deduct more tax. Huge amount of tax deduction is done for Oct payout. From my CA’s calculation the amount deducted by JPMC team looks wrong. Anybody experienced this?

Assuming you mean when you sell shares. You already paid tax on the contribution you made so the only tax liability is the capital gains or losses when you sell it. If you had additional shares or pay withholding to cover the discount your received you may need to adjust your cost basis to ensue you don’t pay tax twice.
I thought ESPP contributions were post-tax. So they would just refund the money. And since you are withdrawing you don't get any shares purchased, but you also get no free discount.
YMMV, not financial/tax/legal advice.

No tax implication of withdrawing from espp. You just get refunded the money which is already taxed

That's a completely different question. You might need to ask a fresh one if you want more / better answers.
If I remember correctly.
Qualified disposition for LTCG is >2y from grant date *AND* >1y from purchase date. Otherwise it's disqualified and taxed more.
