I've been working in exterior home remodeling sales for a few years now (roofing, siding, windows). Quickly moved up the ladder due to performance, 2 million dollars in net sales per year. I never have fully enjoyed the tactics and feel my morals are constantly being compromised. I took the job intending to build a skill set that would transfer to a more "normal" employment setting (not in home sales). Do people in this specialty find a way out without compromising income? If so, where?

I’ve worked for Marriott/Bonvoy at the Ritz and for the Curio Collection with Hilton as a bartender/server/banquets captain. Now I’m working for a privately owned hotel and as a manager role in Banquets/Events. Because of pandemic times, what is everyone else making?

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose..
