Advisors I have a sincere question. No judgment regardless of your answer. Say you have a Senior Registered Client Associate with AWMA designation & 20 years experience in additionto 2 other less experienced CA's as partof your team. You urgently need another advisor to join your team due to the sheer volume of clients. Would you prefer to:
1) hire a junior advisor with little experience & possibly no licenses
2) seek to promote 1 of your CA's

Does anyone have insight into PGIM Real Estate compensation? Looking at an Investment Analyst role in DC area that requires 1-3 YOE. Glassdoor has limited info and is showing ~$80k for the role which seems low for someone that is not a recent grad. I don’t want to bother applying if that’s the realistic comp.

Hi all, received an offer from a ny startup. Company offered a MLE position with two package options -

1. 110 base + 5k options over 4 years with yearly vesting
2. 130 base + 1.5k options over 4 years with yearly vesting
Current strike price ~$5
Exercise price ~$1

I’m wondering if people here could provide an estimate on how competitive an offer like this is? I expected something closer to 150k base but not sure if that’s unrealistic or not

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

I’m a new grad (well not so new) I do have some experience in operations management. I have 2 job offers- one for supply chain coordinator at a mid sized FMCG firm, one of in the credit department at a global bank, the latter is totally different from what I’ve been doing and I am not sure if I want to switch.
