Personally I’d take the pay increase. Early in my career, I learned that titles don’t pay the bills. You can always move back into management later, but doubling your salary is hard to pass up.
If they’ve never given you a raise, the title doesn’t mean much. I’d take the higher salary and find a company that actually values what you bring.
Titles don't put food on the table or a roof over your head.
I don't really think titles matter that much at the end of the day. It's more about your duties and responsibilities, as well as the skills you learn. You can always get the title back later down the line along with a big pay increase, but I would personally go for the money over the title at this point in your career.
