I've received two job offers and need to make a decision quickly. ElasticRun in Pune is offering a fixed salary of 12 LPA for an inside sales role. RateGain in Noida is offering 12 LPA fixed, plus a variable component of 2 LPA.

I currently live in Delhi. Considering the potential salary increase from my current fixed salary, is ElasticRun a good choice?

While both the companies are good at their stature and tenure in the market but I personally would always rate Rate Gain higher than ER is my opinion but you’re the best judge of your decisions!
