Just landed a promotion from Associate to Consultant, and I’m still waiting for the “I’ve made it” feeling to kick in. I’m billing more hours, leading more calls, and working later—but the comp bump felt more like a tip than a raise. Is this just how it is in our industry, or should I be pushing harder?

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

Vlook up isn't recognizing a couple of cells even though it's feeding off a pivot and when I check with an " if =" it comes up as being the same.
Any advice on what I need to check?

I work as in house counsel, and a lot of the employees are not qualified for their position and don’t understand legal/compliance even though they’ve been trained and should be competent enough to understand. I am constantly cleaning up messes and repeating myself and teaching rudimentary skills to the same people every day.
