Hello everyone, I am a residency trained clinical pharmacist with 7 years of experience, specialty areas include chronic disease management, pharmacotherapy, and oncology who has worked in the inpatient and outpatient setting. I’m in pursuit of a pharmacist position that is work from home, open to try new opportunities including insurance organizations, managed care organizations, medical writing, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you referring to non-legal employees? Because yes. There are certain very basic concepts I have to reiterate on almost every single call multiple times a week. It’s just part of the job. In fact it might be most of it.

I don’t think it’s that they don’t understand. They simply do not care. They think we slow them down or prevent them from doing what they want.
THIS. No desire to intake this knowledge no matter how often we tell them

Think of it this way - if people didn’t act like this corps would need way fewer lawyers and your ability to clean up messes would be less valuable.
Yes agreed, and corps hate spending money on lawyers unfortunately 🤣

They don’t know and they don’t care. It’s why you have a job.
Yes. Every. Damn. Day.
Break them.
Is it just me or are new hires getting worse due to the competitive job market?
Yes, new hires aren’t great in other departments I think this is an HR issue I don’t know
