It’s usually a formatting issue that can often be solved by using the TRIM function on the lookup value.
In this case it's pulling from a vlook up so should be identical
Is there more than one answer associated with the vlookup? That has caused issues for me before I think
Could also use =UNIQUE for that if you’re using Google Sheets or Excel 365
Might be differences in format type and only impacting a certain combination of characters. See if there's a pattern in the errors.
Sometimes using text-to-columns feature applies formatting in a more reliable way than highlighting the entire column and changing formatting.
If none are working trying index/match combo or sumif if appropriate.
Are they numerical values or text?
