Just wanted to share my interview exp with BlackRock.
I got interviewed for VP position and 3 rounds were done - 2 tech(including hiring manager) and last round with MD.But after 3rd round,they have ghosted and its been more than 3 weeks now and I haven't heard back from them and they aren't responding to my emails or calls. I found this very disrespectful and downright unprofessional. I came in contact with certain people who went through similar experience so their process seems messed up.
Same here, don’t know what’s wrong with this organisation… in-fact they interviewed me for two openings and in total 5 rounds (all went absolutely well) and it has now been over two weeks since the last round for opening 2- for opening 1 they did the same to me so I’m kinda not surprised.. It seems to me the company is fine wasting its time and resources of key members just to interview the market but not to offer them, and acknowledgement is the least one can expect unfortunately that is also not taken care of. I thought I was the only one in this situation, but now after reading your post opens the mess they have with their hirings, ironically somewhere in this bowl it was mentioned they don’t ghost like other companies 🤣

Also all 3 rounds went well but till date they haven't shared any feedback whatsoever. I assume I am not selected but they should be professional enough to inform the candidate about the same and mark closure. Candidate should be aware on what grounds he/she is rejected so that it helps them to prepare better for further opportunities. Very disappointed with their behaviour.
So basically they are just exploiting candidates and their time.
What is even happening with them
