Hi Leute, wie habt ihr es in die USA geschafft? Ab welchem Rank ist das realistisch? Bin bei einer "Tier 2" Beratung und mir wurde nahegelegt das frühestens zur bzw nach der ersten Beförderung anzustreben.

Was sagt ihr dazu? Was war für euch der Weg zum Erfolg? Klassische Programme der Firmen oder seid ihr aktiv auf Kollegen aus den USA zugegangen?

Thinking of moving from B4 to Accenture or Slalom. I mostly do Epic stuff. Pros seem to be no audit/independence crap, less travel, more tech work. Any cons?

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since.
