There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

I don’t get the posts honestly. I see KEARNEY delivering to top clients in key engagements. It feels like many of the comments here are driven more by negativity than by actual experience. The moderators of this sub should do something about this I think
Where?? Hahhahaha. You mean “saw” KEARNEY delivering to top clients in key engagements. Hahha
What happened now? Its like a saga at K even we are getting sick of seeing the threads
Please leave us alone. Thanks

It is tiring, between all the noise, the ones who left and the ones who stayed… just look at the FACTS and you’ll get your answer. For me, it summarizes as follows: weak partners who got lucky during the golden period and then had a wake-up call, internal personal agenda from the current global CEO for over-hiring, favoritism culture, dumb decisions taken over and over again without learning from mistake (goes back to the quality of their partners). I have never seen ex-consultants hate their old company so much, that also should tell you a lot.

Don’t agree… I have positive things to say for majority of my previous firms
Apologies to all the other firms. A lot of negativity and the same people always making the noise.
The firm is definitely not shutting down. It still grew very slightly, but had insanely over-hired and needed to have a big correction all year. It was sad and unfortunate for sure, but the reality of a down-market that the firm only saw for the first time in the region.
K5 this is not the first down cycle since 2008 :p. And 2023 was probably the best year in consulting on the history of the Middle East. Kearney’s issues are much more profound and were only made worse by the downturn
