There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA
Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation

I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Simply put, It’s Unpredictable. Did we predict the layoffs from EPAM? Did we predicted PS layoffs? Both of them had no history of paycuts or layoffs, but now as the situation demands (over hiring) they’re forced to. So nothing can be predicted. Be it Nagarro or any other company we have to just wait and see. It’s uncontrollable from employee side, One thing you can control is to upskill and stay relevant to weather any situation.

When it comes to layoffs, It can happen in any company except few like TCS. It's about probability of firing employees and in Nagarro it's extremely low which indicates job security. If you are unlucky anything can happen. So in my opinion you can join the company. The standard of TAP/Client interview is extremely hard compared to entrance interviews. You might needs to adjust in terms of tech stack and open to learn new technologies. If you take it casually and restrict your self to a particular tech stack, you will be on bench forever.
Saarr nagarro employee aa jao jo bench p h yha frustration nikalte h
Bench valo ka paycut kr deti hai nagarro recession me kya?

For now i this current slowdown and recession situation, go for the company which is directly allocating you to a project, or doing project specific hiring.
Stay away from bench for sometime till things are in control, cant say nagarro might do paycuts or even fire people on bench.
I personally was for 3+ months on bench and then i resigned, as it was getting stressful tbh
Your tech stack and yoe?

No company wants to fire. It hurts their reputation. And so if Nagarro wants to hire they are doing it knowingly.

You can see the stream session recently given by key account managers and Manas. Manas told, for 1year we might be not busy in working compared to previous year so, we need to train re train cross skill and up skill people. Hiring can be slowdown recruiting only if they need that person very accurately
Any hint about layoff in the session??

The payscale nagarro has given to new joiners is way beyond industry standard, and it is so because they need resources now. Three years back, this was not the situation and still they had to paycut to retain the bench.
But if the recession situation is there, I fear how they would retain high payed employees on bench.
