It's funny, I hadn't heard the phrase "quiet quitting" in quite some time. It seemed to be a fad a few years ago, or at least the business media made it seem like it was popular. I assume there have always been people who have been phoning it in, and doing the bare minimum. I guess a benign way to describe it would be that they're protecting their energy. As long as it doesn't hinder my work, hey, more power to them.

I remember hearing the term a few years back as well, and I think it’s starting to come back around😅 I agree with your stance. As long as it doesn’t have any impact on getting my job, go right ahead😂
I see it more as just doing your job as you should. In healthcare, giving so much can be draining, so protecting your energy is completely reasonable. Honestly, it should be encouraged. Do you think this mindset is starting to shift how teams approach workload and boundaries?

I think so, for sure! I feel like individuals in the field are being given the chance now more than ever to do what’s best for themselves rather than just overlooking their needs
