How to get into Human Resources with a Master Degree in Psychological Organization Leadership

I’m just curious — I’m still an early career professional and was looking into university career programs for potential development within a financial company I work for. I spoke to a recruiter who said they are typically geared towards recent graduates.

Are there any types of programs out there that may also consider other individuals seeking to develop their careers?

Hoping for some guidance. Junior associate here (3rd year). I’ve brought in 3 clients. Nothing major. ~ $500,000 in billings. I have an opportunity to lateral to a practice area I am very passionate about but my clients have active matters and therefore, likely wouldn’t come with me. Would I be stupid to leave my firm? Is half a mill in billings enough to even move the needle? The goal is to make partner. I’m worried that by leaving, I’d be giving up a real shot at partnership. Thank you!

I’ve been approached my by company (software) that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? I am currently a Senior Forensic Accountant at a public accounting firm but we mainly handle commercial damage calculations, business valuations, and SOME investigations that one might think of as “was there fraud? We’re not sure, please Mr. Forensic Accountant can you take a look at our QBs?”
Question: is this experience preferable to the FBI? Or do they prefer the AML professionals? CPA + CFE

I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.
