I need help, please. I’ve been applying to jobs for several months without a single callback. I am looking to stay remote, would anyone be willing to review my resume?

Have you switched your LinkedIn to “on” for recruiters? Or do you have any friends that can refer you?

like

Yes I have done this

You could also try reaching out to people on LinkedIn in your desired role. Just ask if you can set up an informational interview to learn more about their career path, organization, etc. A lot of people won’t respond…but some will. Best case scenario: they offer to refer you or alert you to an opening at their org. Worst case scenario: you learn something from the convo & expand your network.

Are you a clinical coordinator either regards to clinical research? If yes, I would reach out to recruiters on LinkedIn who work at Medical Science and Computing/Dovel Technologies, Emmes, etc

I’m a clinical coordinator within a health system. I have been reaching out to recruiters directly but most of them do not respond, and I just get left on read.

Lastly, I see people here post in that Referrals bowl & request referrals at specific orgs. You could give that a try. I’ve worked at two large companies & the majority of hires came from referrals. At some companies, a referral guarantees at least a phone interview.

Hi,
My company has been downsizing due to back to back revenue loss caused by the inflation.
Unfortunately, I'm the latest to suffer a job loss due to this.
I'm open to a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Snr Project Manager roles.
I have PMP, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, Scrum Master & Practitioner certifications.
I've worked in AdTech, Digital Transformation, Consulting & Automotive Tech.
I find out its easier to get an interview if one is referred. Willing to share more info for a refferal.
Thanks

My SO got a job on the West coast and my company has been super adamant about people doing at least hybrid at some point (despite saying there’s not enough space for everyone lol). We joked about staging an engagement bc saying “my fiancé got a new job and we need to move” sounds way stronger of a case for remote work than “my boyfriend got a new job and I need to move”. What do y’all think? Fake the engagement or no?

Hi! I'm currently interviewing (3/6 interviews so far) for for an appeals manager role for DME. The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. My questions are is it typical to have 1 person doing both the billing and denials within a new vertical for all ins.? How difficult is billing for dme as I only have experience in gyn onc and lactation billing? What's a fair salary? I have 8+ yoe in rcm, no certs.

Hi all! I recently accepted a remote/hybrid RN position to try something new. Majority of my experience is at bedside. The pay is less than bedside (as a traveler), but more than a staff nurse. Are there any RN’s that left bedside for a remote position that can give advice on the work/life balance? What pros and cons do you encounter?
