NDAs - signed my first one as a part of a severance agreement. thinking about leaving an honest review for this company, but unsure about the liabilities that come with this. (NDA mentioned no defamation) leaning on the side of letting it go, but this employer sucked BAD and i want others to know. ik its hard to give a straight answer bc it depends on the agreement, but wheres the line between bad mouthing vs your honest experience?

I am interviewing for a Sr. Program Manager role at Adobe. Glass door says ~252k. What a typical base would be? How does adobe feel in the market right now as far as layoffs and expansions?

What’s the best way to negotiate more money during a contract to FTE conversion? My manager and I had the conversion convo today and he said he’d like to convert me immediately and took the action item to do so. In terms of comp he said they should already have what I’m expecting but I don’t think I communicated any FTE number to my contracting company. In this job market with all the layoffs, should I count my blessings and take what I can get or is there wiggle room.

@PWC is worst company for freshers. They are force innocents to resign by themselves and threating then to not to mail anyone and not share this context to anyone worst company, if layoff means ok removing and threatening to not to disclose to anyone means the have lost every single moral. I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. -Senior Consultant.
-Similar position to now, better progression.

Role 2.
-95k base, 16% bonus, good benefits.
-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.
