We’re being pushed to accelerate timelines on clinical trials and get new products to market faster, even when it means stretching our resources thin. There’s a constant expectation to deliver flawless results, minimize costs, and still navigate all the regulatory hurdles without a hitch. It sometimes feels like the focus on speed and financial targets is starting to overshadow the science and patient safety. It's hard for me because I care about doing things the right way. How do the rest of you feel about this and cope with it?
