Left Accenture last month, though am happy with my new company, just want to understand after how many months can ex employees rejoin Accenture and if there is accelerated path to rejoining ?For instance TCS does not rehire its ex employees, not that any body would want to rejoin TCS on their pay scale, but it’s just weird

So I have my bachelors in criminal justice and I just finished my paralegal certificate course today. My attorney should be making partner this year. With that being said I told her that I would complete my certificate by the summer around the time she would make partner. Should I mention to her Monday that I completed my paralegal certificate in hopes that the raise will be bigger or should I wait until June when she makes partner.thoughts?

I think I may have finally had it.

A couple of decades in this field and now I want to just walk away. The grind in tech is soul-destroying, and the vast majority of the time, coworkers outside of UX have no idea what it is, what it’s for, and how it’s applied. I’m at my wits end and the constant problem is a kind of “willful misunderstanding” of our process and value.

After wasting too many years on design immature companies, It’s senselessly depressing. I’ve given away too much of myself.

How does Strategy & Consulting differ from Business & Tech Integration? It appears to me, looking at the profiles of people in these different divisions, that most of the time at the Consultant-ish level, both divisions are just providing Business Analysts? What am I missing?
