Those who are or have been AUSAs, what sort of letters of recommendation make the most impact on an application (outside of a former AUSA/judge etc..)? I have an interview with Deloitte next week for senior associate Internacional tax in California. How much salary I should expect? I am sure this question will come up and I don't want to underbelly myself. Currently I am a senior at other Big4.

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).
