Let's talk about tip pooling. Does anyone else feel like they’re the only ones actually hustling while everyone else just coasts and cashes the same check? I’m curious to hear from other restaurant workers on this. Do you think tip pooling is fair, or does it just end up rewarding the people who do the absolute least?
