I stayed at the Sheraton Falls View Hotel in October 2025. Left the door open at night for the cool air and sounds of the falls. Photo taken from my room. Things to do downtown. IMHO about 2 days and nights worth of stuff to do with the family then move along.
Agree with the two days in Niagara. It’s very very touristy!
If you’re in Toronto on a Sunday and the Jays are playing, it’s Family Day. All of the stadium activities and rituals are kid-focused and they let kids down onto the field to run the bases after the game
We stayed at the delta hotel downtown Toronto. It’s walking distance to most tourist spots.
Take strollers for both kids
The Niagara Falls Wonder Pass is fantastic! You can purchase it online beforehand. It includes access to everything, including the internal bus system to take you around. I stayed at the Hilton Niagara Falls and it was great. I agree that 2 days/2 nights is enough time to spend there.
In Toronto, Little Canada seems to be a popular attraction for kids (there were a bunch there when I went).
Thank you both! Yes thinking 2 full days in Niagara and then 2-3 in Toronto. Never been to either place and are we tacking it on to an already scheduled even in upstate NY.
