L5 and 20% bonus are not compatible. Also the base appears to be on the higher end for L5 (non-tech). You might be having an L6 offer.
If L6, push for a higher base (~200) and much higher equity ($300K). Bonus is non negotiable.

Annual bonus is non-negotiable, sign on is absolutely negotiable.
Base seems high to me for L5 but I was non tech. Love to know if this is tech or non tech. What ladder would you be on?

My guess is you pushed for a high base pay and they gave you that but cut your equity by a lot.
Personally I want more equity
Also...I get about 19-21% as my bonus. So 20% is a smidge high but not by much
