Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.

Note: Completed all the rounds and documents are also submitted.

My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter. He mentioned there will be a delay in releasing the offer letter since merging is happening right now. few days back I sent a mail to HR.. but no reply. and after that I received a mail stating they are no longer considering me for this position. I am getting an offer from Nagarro as associate staff engineer.

My current CTC is 20,
Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

Is that correct?
